How do people get my files?

Copy a folder’s share link and send it however you like: email, chat, or text. Anyone with the link can see that folder and download.

Do users need an account?

No. Users open the link and download. Only you sign in.

How big can a file be?

Any size that fits in your storage, including long videos. Uploads keep going as long as the page stays open.

Will renaming a folder break the link?

No. Renaming a folder or a file keeps the same share link.

How do I stop a link from working?

Delete the folder. Its link stops working right away, and anyone who opens it sees a notice to contact you.

What happens when my storage is full?

Uploads pause until you delete files you no longer need. The storage meter on your dashboard shows how much room is left.
